What is e-Transport and how do you obtain the UIT code?
What is e-Transport? How do I file a report in e-Transport?
- e-Transport is an electronic system developed by ANAF to monitor domestic road transport of goods with a high fiscal risk, as well as imported and exported goods
- The e-Transport system includes IT modules that generate unique registration codes for each shipment, which are then linked to cameras and data analysis software.
- Thus, advance reporting of data for road shipments of high-tax-risk goods and imported/exported goods is mandatory.
- You can declare shipments directly on the ANAF SPV page or, more efficiently, through the e-Avize online application
What is the UIT code? How do I obtain the UIT code?
- It is a unique code generated by the ANAF e-Transport system that identifies goods with a high fiscal risk transported in a commercial transaction.
- It is obtained through the ANAF e-Transport system or through specialized applications connected to e-Transport, such as the e-Avize app.
- It requires an electronic signature registered on the ANAF platform.
What are high-tax-risk goods?
- aggregates, gravel, crushed stone, salt, and cement;
- cast iron, iron, and steel;
- beverages, alcoholic liquids, and vinegar;
- meat, dairy products, eggs, honey, and other edible products of animal origin;
- edible fruits and vegetables;
- tobacco and other nicotine-containing products;
- clothing and footwear.

e-Avize can obtain your UIT code for you
- Log in to your account in the e-Avize web application using a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) connected to the Internet;
- Fill in the required information and register your digital signature (once registered, it remains with the holder and does not need to be permanently stored on your computer to issue waybills with a UIT code);
- Save your data and your shipments, as well as those of your consignees (or enter them as you go, and they will be saved);
- Now you can declare shipments and issue waybills/CMRs with UIT codes, automatically retrieved from eTransport by e-avize.
